hey beautiful, my name is lynnette, but most people call me nettey!

i am a dietitian, personal trainer, bread lover, farm kid, sports photographer, athlete and believer that all men & women should feel confident, strong and connected to their body,

as long as I can remember, i did not like my body, i did not understand how to eat healthy, i felt angry, i felt depressed, lonely and lost within myself…... but this is the body god gave me, so i learned how to learn to love my body and love who i am. throughout my journey, many men and women noticed the transformation in the way i carried myself and i realized that everyone struggles with this on some level.

so, i have set out to help as many people as i can learn how to heal from the inside out while building a body they aren’t afraid to show off!

together we will help you create a healthy and sustainable routine around your health, mindset, lifestyle nutrition and movement! i will be your biggest cheerleader as you become your best / happiest self!

Greetings friends, my name is Mark but most know me as nettey’s husband.

i am retired US navy, father of two and devoted husband. i like to take a simple approach to all around fitness. we often make things too difficult to be permanent. in my 50+ years of life experience i know you can achieve fitness goals and still have a life outside of them. keep it simple and do the work, results will come.

my military career in submarines and special forces support placed me in locations prohibitive to healthy living. this required me to be creative and take a solutions based approach to life. what can i do today to be better tomorrow? the small changes make a big difference over time; i don’t just believe that, I have lived it. let’s find out what works for you and grow from there.

My focus is on functional fitness, endurance training, and stress management with an extensive background in cycling, running, swimming, basketball, tennis, and more.
